Job summary

Pine Haven Christian Communities is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to support activities for residents. You will build relationships, encourage participation, and help residents stay active and connected through a variety of programs.

This role requires compassion for older adults, with duties including activity setup, documentation, and collaboration with the nursing team to ensure a warm, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in activities with older adults is desirable.
• Ability to lead group and one-on-one activities with residents.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.

As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you'll build relationships, encourage participation, and help residents stay active, engaged, and connected through a variety of activities and programs.

This position does require an every other Saturday rotation (10:00am-3:00pm)
