The Orchards is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to join our team to support the planning and implementation of engaging programs and activities for residents in our skilled nursing facility. This role is essential in promoting the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our residents through meaningful interaction and daily enrichment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in senior care, recreation, or customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience, creativity, and passion for older adults.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
