Job summary

The Orchards is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to plan and implement engaging programs for residents in our skilled nursing facility, promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being through meaningful interaction and daily enrichment.

Responsibilities include developing activities, encouraging participation, transporting residents, documenting participation, and supporting events while adhering to health and safety policies. Experience in senior care or customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a senior care, recreation, or customer service setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with older adults.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
