Job summary

SageGrove at Tiffany Springs in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to enhance residents' daily lives through engaging activities, orientations for new residents, and community communications.

You will build relationships with residents, families, and staff, participate in newsletters and social posts, and support a warm, team‑oriented culture with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in activity development, planning, and execution within a senior living or related industry (preferred).
• Experience caring for individuals with cognitive and memory‑care needs.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with prospective families or residents, coordinating move‑ins and facilitating new resident orientations.
• Assisting with the creation of community newsletters, promotions, and social media posts for company websites.
