Pay Rate: $14/hour

Position Summary:

The Life Enrichment Assistant helps plan and execute activities that promote the social welfare and interests of residents in a senior community.

Required Experience:

• 1-3 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compassionate towards seniors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support our 1440 culture and pillars.
• Assist the Life Enrichment Director in planning, communication, and execution of activities.
• Help with administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure resident safety in all tasks.
• Maintain activity areas and community spaces.
• Support transportation for outings and coordinate related tasks.
• Follow all standards in the Employee Handbook.

Working Conditions:

This role involves standing for long periods, effective communication, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds. Travel to different locations may be required. The environment is moderately noisy, and interaction with others is essential.
