Bridges by EPOCH at Andover in Andover, MA is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant (Activities Assistant) to lead a variety of resident programs, fostering engagement in a memory care setting. This part-time role runs Friday and Saturday 10am-6pm with a flexible third day, totaling about 22 hours weekly.

Candidates should be dependable, compassionate, and enthusiastic, with strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable, compassionate, and highly motivated.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Some computer knowledge and strong customer service.
• Experience working with families in a senior living environment.
• Willingness to transport/escort residents in community trips. (noting driving requirement)

Responsibilities

• Implements a wide array of programming for residents and helps keep our residents engaged.
• Must be flexible with offering support in other departments and completes required paperwork.
