Job summary

Bridges by EPOCH at Westwood, MA is seeking a part-time Life Enrichment Assistant to lead activities for memory care residents. You will plan and implement engaging programs designed to enrich daily life and promote well-being.

The role is part-time, Sundays 10am–5pm and Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays 11am–5pm (22 hours per week). Pay is $18.00 per hour with potential benefits discussed at orientation.

Qualifications

• Creative, enthusiastic, outgoing individual able to work independently.
• Dependable, reliable, and motivated with strong communication skills.
• Experience in senior living or customer service is preferred.
• Willing to transport residents and drive a large van.

Responsibilities

• The Activities Assistant implements a wide array of programming for residents in our community and helps keep our residents engaged.
• Must be flexible with offering support in other departments within the community as needed. Completes required paperwork.
