Job summary

Leisure Living is hiring a Life Enrichment Assistant for a senior life connections community. This part-time role runs on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and alternating weekends with morning/afternoon shifts and a $15 per hour pay rate.

The position supports enriching activities and social welfare for residents and may require some evenings, weekends, or holiday hours. Responsibilities include assisting the Life Enrichment Director, coordinating events, and ensuring resident safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum one to three years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holiday hours.
• Compassionate towards the senior population.

Responsibilities

• Actively support our 1440 culture and pillars.
• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with direction, planning, communication, and execution of activities.
• Support the Life Enrichment Director and Lead with administrative tasks as needed.
• Complete tasks while maintaining resident safety.
• Assist with setup, clean up, and upkeep of activity areas and spaces.
• Support transportation by attending outings and coordinating tasks.
