Responsibilities

• Develops and implements activities programs to meet resident needs based on assessments and interests.
• Assesses residents for programs and writes monthly activities calendars.
• Oversees presentations and coordinates outings, transportation, and daily activities.
• Promotes participation through welcoming new attendees and explaining safety rules.
• Maintains inventory, budget adherence, and timely activity documentation.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety, and governing regulations.
