Mosaic Management seeks an energetic Activity and Event Coordinator to bring our life enrichment program to life for residents. You will create and coordinate activities and events, encouraging participation, connection, and well-being while tailoring programs to individual interests.

Join our team to plan community-wide events, lead employee engagement activities, and recognize staff contributions in a supportive senior living environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in recreation therapy, gerontology, or related fields preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience planning, coordinating, or leading group activities, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Knowledge of state regulations impacting resident engagement and activities.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute events for diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in social media posting and newsletter creation.
• Maintain current driver’s license.
• Experience managing budgets and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Create and coordinate meaningful activities, events, and social opportunities that encourage resident participation, connection and well-being, adapting programs to individual interests and abilities.
• Plan and lead community-wide events, including themed parties, seasonal celebrations, family nights, and holiday programs; lead employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
