Job summary

Morningside Elite Management seeks an Activities Assistant - Life Enrichment to join our Setauket, NY community. You will assist the Life Enrichment Director in designing, coordinating, and facilitating a broad range of recreational and educational activities for residents, reporting to the Life Enrichment Director.

The role requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent, or 6 months to 1 year related experience, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent; or 6 months to 1 year related experience or training; or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and evaluating resident activities.
• Encourage resident participation in programs and activities.
• Escort residents on activities away from the property as assigned.
• Assist with registration of residents for trips and programs.
• Conduct activities under direction of Life Enrichment Director.
• Maintain activity supplies; may include outside purchasing.
• Survey residents to determine interests and satisfaction.
