Legend Senior Living® is seeking dedicated individuals to join its Life Enrichment team as a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant in the Tampa, Florida area. You will plan and execute engaging activities to enhance resident well-being and quality of life, while supporting a high standard of care and a Great Place To Work culture.

Qualifications

• Current, valid driver’s license required to transport residents.
• Age 25 or older to meet company insurance requirements.
• Clean driving record to meet company insurance requirements.
• Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles.
• Experience with seniors, event planning, lesson planning or demonstrated creativity is preferred.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementation of resident activities, including calendar development and budgeting.
• Coordinate with outside organizations, setup and cleanup.
• Ensure activities meet the needs and preferences of residents.
• Transport residents to and from outside events; drive company vehicle as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
