Legend Senior Living in Riverton, NJ, is seeking a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant to plan and execute engaging activities for residents. You will help develop calendars, manage budgets, coordinate with external groups, and ensure activities align with resident needs and preferences.

The role requires driving and transporting residents as needed, with opportunities to support memory care activities and other enrichment programs in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Current, valid driver’s license and willingness to transport residents.
• Ability to plan and execute engaging activities for seniors.
• Strong communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementing resident activities, including calendar development and budgeting.
• Coordinate with outside organizations and setup/cleanup of events.
• Ensure activities meet residents' needs and preferences.
• Provide oversight of a life enrichment component as assigned (e.g., Memory Care).
• Transport residents to events using company vehicles when needed.
