Legend Senior Living is seeking outstanding individuals to join the Life Enrichment team as a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant. You will make a difference in residents' lives by planning and executing engaging activities.

Responsibilities include developing activity calendars, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup and cleanup, and ensuring activities meet residents' needs and preferences.

Qualifications

• Current, valid driver’s license is required.
• Age 25 or older to meet company insurance requirements.
• Clean driving record to meet company insurance requirements.
• Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles.
• Experience with seniors, event planning, lesson planning, or demonstrated creative skills is preferred.
• Standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement resident activities, including calendar development, budgeting, and coordination with outside organizations; handle setup and cleanup.
• Help ensure activities meet residents’ needs and preferences.
• May oversee a specific life enrichment component (e.g., Memory Care or a particular activity) as assigned.
• Coordinate transportation of residents to outside events and may drive company vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
