Legend Senior Living in Tulsa is seeking a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant to plan and execute engaging activities for residents. You will develop calendars, coordinate with external organizations, manage budgets, and help ensure activities meet resident needs and preferences.

The role requires a current, valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and willingness to transport residents in company vehicles.

Qualificações

• Current, valid driver's license
• Age 25 or older to meet company insurance requirements

• Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles
• Prefer: experience with seniors, event planning, lesson planning, creativity

Responsabilidades

• Assist with planning and implementation of resident activities, including calendar development, budgeting, and coordinating with outside organizations
• Set up and clean up activities and ensure they meet residents' needs and preferences
• Possibly oversee a specific life enrichment component (e.g. Memory Care) as assigned
• Coordinate transportation of residents to external events and drive company vehicle if needed
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines

We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the Life Enrichment team as a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by planning and executing engaging activities.

Responsibilities--

Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant

• Assisting with the planning and implementation of resident activities, to include calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup, and cleanup
• Helping to ensure activities meet the needs and preferences of residents
• Being willing to provide oversight of a specific life enrichment component (e.g. Memory Care, specific activity, etc.) as assigned
• Coordinating the transportation of residents to and from outside events to include driving company vehicle when needed
• Communicating effectively with residents and staff
• Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines

Requirements--

Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant

• Required: Current, valid driver's license
• Required: Age 25 or older to meet company insurance requirements
• Required: Clean driving record to meet company insurance requirementsRequired: Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles
• Prefer: Experience working with one or more of the following: seniors, event planning, lesson planning, demonstrated creative skills
• Individual is required to perform standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout their shift.
