Legend Senior Living in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant to plan and run engaging activities for residents, coordinating the calendar, budgeting, and transportation as needed.

You will support memory care components, collaborate with staff to tailor programs to resident preferences, and uphold safety guidelines. Requires a valid driver’s license, willingness to transport residents, and a friendly, creative approach. This is a full-time role with benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Current, valid driver’s license required.
• Age 25 or older to meet company insurance requirements.
• Clean driving record to meet company insurance requirements.
• Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles.
• Prefer: experience working with seniors, event planning, lesson planning, demonstrated creative skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs throughout shift.

We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the Life Enrichment team as a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by planning and executing engaging activities.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the planning and implementation of resident activities, to include calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup, and cleanup
• Helping to ensure activities meet the needs and preferences of residents
• Being willing to provide oversight of a specific life enrichment component (e.g. Memory Care, specific activity, etc.) as assigned
• Coordinating the transportation of residents to and from outside events to include driving company vehicle when needed
• Communicating effectively with residents and staff
