Legend Senior Living in Missouri is seeking a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant to plan and execute engaging resident activities in Memory Care. You will help create calendars, coordinate with outside organizations, and oversee activity components as assigned.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and enjoy working with seniors. Some tasks may include transporting residents in company vehicles and lifting up to 50 lbs, with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Current, valid driver’s license is required.
• Age 25 or older is required to meet company insurance requirements.
• Clean driving record is required to meet company insurance requirements.
• Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles.
• Prefer experience in seniors, event planning, lesson planning, and demonstrated creative skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement resident activities, including calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup and cleanup.
• Ensure activities meet the needs and preferences of residents.
• Oversee a specific life enrichment component as assigned (e.g., Memory Care or a specific activity).
• Coordinate transportation of residents to and from outside events, including driving company vehicles when needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the planning and implementation of resident activities, to include calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup, and cleanup

Requirements
