Legend Senior Living® in McMurray, PA is seeking a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant to plan and execute engaging activities that brighten residents' days. You will assist with calendar development, budgeting, coordination with outside organizations, setup, and cleanup to support vibrant daily life.

This role requires a current, valid driver’s license, a willingness to transport residents, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Current, valid driver’s license required.
• Age 25 or older to meet company insurance requirements.
• Clean driving record to meet company insurance requirements.
• Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles.
• Prefer: experience with seniors, event planning, or creative skills.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementing resident activities, including calendar development, budgeting, and coordination.
• Ensure activities meet residents' needs and preferences.
• Oversee a specific life enrichment component as assigned.
• Coordinate transportation of residents to external events, including driving company vehicle.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the Life Enrichment team as a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by planning and executing engaging activities.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the planning and implementation of resident activities, to include calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup, and cleanup
• Helping to ensure activities meet the needs and preferences of residents
• Being willing to provide oversight of a specific life enrichment component (e.g. Memory Care, specific activity, etc.) as assigned
• Coordinating the transportation of residents to and from outside events to include driving company vehicle when needed
• Communicating effectively with residents and staff
• Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines

Requirements
