Requirements

• Current, valid driver’s license
• Driving record (MVR) meets company insurance requirements
• Willingness and ability to transport residents in a company vehicle
• Preferred: Experience working with seniors, event planning, lesson planning, customer service, or demonstrated creative skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementing resident activities, including calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup, and cleanup
• Ensure activities meet the needs and preferences of residents
• Oversee specific life enrichment components (e.g., Memory Care, specific activities)
• Coordinate transportation of residents to outside events, including driving the company vehicle when needed
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
