Job summary

Charter Senior Living of Fredericksburg is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant for an on-site, part-time schedule. You will help plan and lead daily activities and life enrichment programs for residents, promoting engagement and wellbeing throughout the community and during off-site outings.

Ideal candidates are friendly, energetic, and dependable, with experience in senior living, activities, or caregiving.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living, activities, or caregiving preferred
• Friendly, energetic, and dependable personality
• Ability to work independently and engage residents

Responsibilities

• Reliably work Wed - Sat 9:45 am - 4:15 pm, including holidays
• Assist with daily activities and life enrichment programs
• Lead or support group activities between driving responsibilities
• Help create a fun, engaging, and supportive environment for residents
• Step in to run activities when the Director or team is unavailable
• Ability to be a back-up bus driver as needed

This is a perfect role for someone who enjoys working with seniors and leading activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Reliably work Wed - Sat 9:45 am - 4:15 pm, including holidays

• Assist with daily activities and life enrichment programs

• Lead or support group activities between driving responsibilities

• Help create a fun, engaging, and supportive environment for residents

• Step in to run activities when the Director or team is unavailable

• Ability to be a back-up bus driver as needed
