Charter Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment/ Programming Assistant with assisted living experience to enrich residents' lives through planned activities and compassionate care.

Responsibilities include supporting the Life Enrichment Director, coordinating daily activities, and assisting with transportation and program execution. Flexible scheduling and a supportive team culture are emphasized.

• Assist Life Enrichment Director with planning and implementation of daily social, educational, recreational, spiritual, and therapeutic activities.
• Assist transporting residents to activities in-building and on van outings.
• Willing to work assigned shifts, weekends, and holidays.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Life Enrichment/ Programming Assistant will assist the Life Enrichment Director with the planning and implementation of the day to day social, educational, recreational, spiritual, and therapeutic individual and group activities as listed on the activity calendar. Aid transport residents to activities in the building and on van outings. Other: Willing to work shift assigned, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision; problem solving, conflict management, budgeting.
