Charter Senior Living of Fredericksburg is seeking a part-time Life Enrichment Assistant to create meaningful experiences for residents through engaging activities and community events.

You will support daily programs, lead group activities when needed, and may drive as a back-up bus driver, contributing to a warm, elder-focused environment.

This is a perfect role for someone who enjoys working with seniors and leading activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Reliably work Wed - Sat 9:45 am - 4:15 pm, including holidays

• Assist with daily activities and life enrichment programs

• Lead or support group activities between driving responsibilities

• Help create a fun, engaging, and supportive environment for residents

• Step in to run activities when the Director or team is unavailable

• Ability to be a back-up bus driver as needed
