Maristone of Franklin is seeking a Life Engagement Director to develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive program that enriches residents' physical, emotional, spiritual, social, and intellectual well-being at 347 Riverside Drive, Franklin, TN.

Responsibilities include planning diverse activities, coordinating events for residents and families, managing the department budget, mentoring the LED team, and working with other departments to ensure holistic resident care aligned with our values.

Qualificações

• Minimum of two years in a similar role in a senior living or healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Activity Director Certification (Indiana).
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.

• Design and implement a comprehensive life engagement program.
• Ensure all activities align with the core values of the organization.
• Lead and mentor the Life Engagement team, providing guidance and support to ensuring quality programming.

We are seeking a dedicated Life Engagement Director (LED.) The LED is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive program designed to enhance the quality of life for residents. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing events and activities catering to residents' physical, emotional, spiritual, social, and intellectual needs.

Education/ Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Activity Director Certified in Indiana
• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt
• Work independently, maintain confidentiality and professionalism, and be a positive leader
• Demonstrate practical interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills
• Maintain good working relationships with residents and co-workers
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds and bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach and sit for long periods
• Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned
