Job summary

Cascade Creek Memory Care in Rochester, MN is seeking a Life Engagement Assistant to work with the Life Engagement Director to ensure activities services are available and provided to residents, helping fulfill basic psychological, social and spiritual needs.

You will foster meaningful connections, promote independence, and contribute to a caring, supportive community. Training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided to help you grow professionally.
