Job summary

Highline Place Memory Care is seeking a dedicated Activities Assistant to support the Life Engagement Director in delivering engaging activities that meet residents' psychological, social, and spiritual needs.

You will help create meaningful connections, promote independence, and contribute to a safe, loving environment for residents and staff. This role requires availability on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Qualifications

• Experience in elder care or activities coordination preferred.
• Ability to engage residents and promote well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist Life Engagement Director in planning and providing activity services for residents.
• Help maintain meaningful relationships to support resident well-being.
• Contribute to creating moments of connection and joy for residents.
• Support a loving, compassionate environment for residents, families, and staff.

Works together with the Life Engagement Director to ensure that activities services are available and provided to the residents to help fulfill their basic psychological, social and spiritual needs
