Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or related field or equivalent industry experience.
• Life & Health license required (or ability to obtain).
• Long Term Care Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on life, disability, and long term care coverage options.
• Uncover trust expansion opportunities.
• Answer complex client coverage questions as requested by the Life & Health Dept CSC.
• Quote and sell non P&C business to achieve weekly/monthly goals.
• Adhere to company compliance and underwriting guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of health product changes.
• Complete AHIP, FFM and product training deadlines.
• Review coverage options with clients.
• Simplify complex coverage concepts for informed decisions.
