Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Life & Health license required or ability to obtain.

• Ability to explain complex coverage concepts clearly.
• Proven attention to detail and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on health coverage options and present value-based recommendations.
• Answer complex client coverage questions and provide timely responses.
• Prospect and maintain client relationships to meet goals.
• Obtain completed health applications and signatures for carrier compliance.
• Adhere to underwriting guidelines and compliant sales processes.
• Review Medicare, Marketplace or Group health coverage options with clients.
