Job summary

You will work with the Health Insurance Small Team Leader, complete AHIP and product training deadlines, quote and sell health plans, ensure compliance, and help clients compare Medicare, Marketplace, or group options.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of carrier underwriting and compliance guidelines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and client data management.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on health coverage options and tailor recommendations.
• Uncover opportunities to expand client trust and services.
• Answer complex client questions as requested by Health Dept CSC.
• Carry out administrative tasks, licensing and contracting duties.
• Prospect with clientele and quote/sell health plans to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain knowledge of health product changes and training deadlines.
• Document client meetings and obtain required health applications.
