Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 1–3 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Higher Education, or related field preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Handshake experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Career Advising to students using formal and informal life and career design tools.
• Plan and deliver signature LCDI programs and workshops; teach First-Year Experience Lab sections.
• Supervise student employees and develop learning objectives; provide programmatic support to the Director.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
