Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1-3 years of previous experience.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Career Advising (50%): provide individual counseling, coaching, and advising to students; capture engagement data in Handshake.
• Programming (20%): assist in planning and executing signature programs and workshops; deliver presentations; teach sections of the First-Year Experience Lab.
• Supervision of student employees (15%): develop learning objectives and assess student employee progress.
• Other Duties (15%): perform duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree

Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Higher Education, or related field
