RTX is seeking a Reliability Engineer II for an onsite role in Woburn, MA. The engineer will perform RAM analyses, FMECA, and RAM input for program reviews, ensuring reliability and maintainability across life-cycle engineering disciplines.

The position requires a STEM degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, and a strong ability to analyze data, interpret results, and collaborate across teams in a DoD-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Failure Analysis, Reliability concepts, FRACAS.

Responsabilités

• Conduct RAM analyses and reliability/maintainability predictions.
• Perform FMECA and FDFI analyses and develop RAM inputs.
• Create Reliability Block Diagrams and system models.
• Define RAM requirements and review field failure data.
• Analyze MTBF, MTBCF, and Ao to assess performance against requirements.
• Support program meetings and provide RAM-related inputs.
