Engage Young Adult Transitions in Cedar City, UT is hiring Life Coaches as both full-time and part-time staff. You will mentor young adults, provide coaching for independence, and work closely with the leadership team to shape weekly activities and training.

Training is provided, including WholeFit Life Coaching certification, with growth opportunities in the mental health field. The role emphasizes connection, personal growth, and a collaborative community.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Background check required.
• Experience in mental health, wilderness therapy or residential treatment preferred.
• Willing to learn and obtain certifications.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach college age students with depression and anxiety to gain independence.
• Provide direct observation and support to Engage’s young adults.
• Lead weekly Life Coaching sessions with assigned clients.
• Participate in weekly trainings and team meetings.
• Take on projects with radical ownership and plan for future shifts.
• Transport participants as needed and support scheduled activities.
