Job summary

Engage Transitions is a Cedar City-based program seeking Life Coaches to mentor college-age students in a therapeutic, growth-oriented environment. Staff receive comprehensive training and certification, with opportunities to develop independence and practical life skills through weekly coaching sessions and activities.

Ideal candidates are relational, growth-minded, and outdoors-enthusiastic, able to work with a diverse group of young adults, and committed to a year-long role with ongoing

• Relationally minded with strong communication and empathy.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a therapeutic setting.
• Interest in outdoor activities and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach college-age students with depression and anxiety.
• Provide direct observation and support to Engage’s young adults.
• Lead weekly Life Coaching sessions and participate in trainings.
• Coordinate with therapists and staff to respond to crises.
• Help manage weekly schedules and activity planning for participants.
