Job summary

Anti-Recidivism Coalition in Calabasas, CA, seeks an experienced Life Coach (Case Manager) to support Transitional Age Youth in a new training program at Camp Gonzalez. The role focuses on supervision, case management and program development for 18-25-year-olds aiming to become firefighters.

You will conduct needs assessments, develop individualized service plans, coordinate with partner agencies, and provide access to benefits while maintaining safety and program integrity.

Qualifications

• 2 YEARS CASE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
• Trauma-informed environment awareness
• Strong communication and teamwork in a multidisciplinary setting

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized case management, advocacy, and referrals to emerging adults (18-25).
• Conduct needs evaluations and develop/update individual service plans.
• Manage multiple databases with case notes, ISPs, intakes, and reports.
• Monitor progress and collaborate with partner agencies on site.
