Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience leading large-scale transformations.
• Direct experience within Life Insurance and/or Annuity operations.
• Experience managing mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or large change programs.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Proficient in project governance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead merger planning across life insurance, annuity, and service operations.
• Define integration strategies, priorities, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Drive governance, status reporting, risk management, and exec communications.
• Facilitate workshops to identify operational impacts and integration opportunities.
• Track milestones and ensure successful execution.
• Support operating model assessments and readiness planning.
• Develop detailed project plans and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and compliance teams.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
