Qualifications

7+ years of PM experience leading large-scale transformations.
Direct experience in Life Insurance and/or Annuity operations.
Experience with mergers, integrations, or organizational change initiatives.
Strong communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
Proficiency with PM methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead merger planning across life insurance, annuity, and service ops.
Define integration strategies, priorities, and timelines with stakeholders.
Drive governance, status reporting, risk management, and exec communications.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify impacts and opportunities.
Track milestones and critical path to ensure timely execution.
Support operating model assessments and process harmonization.
Develop detailed project plans, meeting cadences, and action tracking.
Collaborate with business, technology, compliance, and operations for alignment.
Identify risks and develop mitigations for desired outcomes.
