Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Data Architecture, Information Architecture, Data Engineering, or Enterprise Architecture.
• Minimum 6 years of experience designing enterprise data models and large-scale data platforms.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with data warehouses, reporting platforms, operational data stores, and integration architectures.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); Associate’s Degree requires minimum 6 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term data architecture vision across ALIP and related data solutions.
• Establish enterprise data architecture standards, governance models, and architecture review practices.
• Own the strategic roadmap for ALIP and ALIP Staging as core product capabilities.
• Define enhancements to simplify downstream data consumption for reporting and integrations.
• Serve as the primary ALIP data architecture advisor for client implementations.
• Help clients understand and leverage ALIP data assets within their enterprise data strategy.
• Guide mapping of ALIP data structures to downstream applications and enterprise platforms.
• Create reusable mapping frameworks, reference architectures, accelerators, and patterns.
• Identify recurring client data challenges and translate them into roadmap improvements.
• Lead evolution toward event-driven, CDC-based, streaming, and real-time models.
• Partner with product, engineering, delivery, and client teams to improve scalability and performance.
