Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant experience in Life & Annuity technology.
• Experience in Life & Annuity insurance or related technology delivery.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes, data flows, and system dependencies.
• Experience developing requirements, user stories, and implementation plans.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Must have lawful authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technology needs and translate them into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with product, IT, architecture, infrastructure, and vendor teams to deliver solutions.
• Manage delivery from discovery through testing, implementation, and post-production support.
• Advise stakeholders on system capabilities, risks, and implementation options.
• Strengthen documentation and operational knowledge across Product & Inforce systems.
• Identify process improvements and promote responsible AI tool usage where appropriate.
