Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Life Actuary to join our team in a fully remote role based in the United States. You will support actuarial work informing pricing, valuation, and risk management decisions across the business, applying advanced modeling to generate insights and improve model performance.

The position partners with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate regulations, develop reports, and present findings to leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years) in lieu of degree.
• 4 years of relevant actuarial or analytical experience with FSA; or 8 years with ASA.
• Experience with actuarial modeling software for pricing, valuation, and risk management.
• Ability to communicate complex actuarial analyses to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• 5+ years of Moody's AXIS experience is preferred.

For our client, we are seeking a Life Actuary to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

In this remote role, you will support actuarial work that informs pricing, valuation, and risk management decisions across the business. You will apply advanced modeling expertise to generate insights, improve model performance, and help leaders understand the financial implications of complex actuarial analyses. Compensation: $127,310 – $243,340 annually
