CAMPUS USA Credit Union is seeking a part-time specialist to assist in the consumer lending area with lien filing and claims support. You will handle inquiries from members and coworkers, ensuring timely follow-ups on GAP claims and warranty processing in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork while supporting our lending operations and member services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 year of general experience; titles, insurance claims or warranty experience a plus.
• Attention to detail and teamwork required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in filing lien instruments on motor vehicles and secured collateral.
• Process direct, phone and written inquiries from members and coworkers promptly.
• Support GAP insurance claims and follow up with insurers and members.
• Perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
