Synectics Inc. in Florida is seeking an experienced Lien Specialist with personal injury law experience to manage medical liens, negotiate reductions, and coordinate lien resolutions for settlements.

You will identify, verify, track, and resolve liens, negotiate with lienholders to maximize clients' net recoveries, and coordinate with attorneys to ensure timely disbursement of settlement funds and accurate lien records. Medicare/Medicaid/ERISA liens handling is required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience handling liens within a personal injury law firm or lien resolution company.
• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, and private health insurance liens.
• Experience negotiating lien reductions and coordinating lien resolutions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple cases and deadlines with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
