Job summary

Decca Consulting LLC seeks an Healthcare Data Integration Lead to own end-to-end external healthcare data integrations with TPAs, provider networks, and other partners. You will define data contracts, canonical data models, and ensure timely, accurate data delivery to internal teams including Engineering, Operations, Analytics, Clinical, and ML.

This hands-on technical leadership role combines software engineering, data integration, and partner collaboration, with a clear growth path toward

Qualifications

Requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience designing and operating partner integrations.
Proficiency in SQL and AWS data services.

Responsibilities

Own technical integrations with TPAs, provider networks, and external partners.
Manage ingestion, lifecycle, and governance of provider, network, and reference data.
Define and version partner integration specifications (files, APIs, schemas, data contracts).
Lead onboarding of new partners and manage changes to existing integrations.
Collaborate with partner technical teams to troubleshoot production data exchange issues.
Ensure reliable, secure, and timely delivery of data across integrations.
