Amazon Logistics’ team is looking for a Shift Manager to join the Amazon Logistic Brazil team in our Delivery Station in Manaus - AM.

As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for operations in a Delivery Station, leading Team Leads, Operators, and Delivery Service Providers, managing external agency relationships, and monitoring performance. You will work in a highly collaborative, start-up-like environment where no idea is a bad idea, and innovation is encouraged. You must thrive and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.

The role requires a background in a quality-focused, customer-obsessed industry, with experience working in a fast-changing environment. Responsibilities include:

1. Being based in a Delivery Station, working in night and day shifts, including weekends and holidays, as Amazon operates 24/7.
2. Overseeing operations focused on delivering Amazon orders directly to customers.
3. Supporting your team of operational leaders in daily management, including labor allocation, meetings, assigning duties, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Working with KPIs such as On-Time Dispatch and First Day Delivery Success to improve customer service.
5. Analyzing project data, influencing others, and demonstrating organizational skills.
6. Being metric-driven, identifying root causes, and implementing improvements.
7. Providing practical solutions to complex problems while maintaining quality.
8. Supporting system and process rollouts, collecting feedback, and ensuring proper tools are available for staff.
9. Monitoring daily metrics, reporting exceptions, and communicating with relevant departments.
10. Being flexible with working hours, including overnight, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum requirements include:

1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Experience in employee and performance management.
3. Flexibility to work various shifts and locations, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
4. Basic English and fluent Portuguese skills.
5. Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
