Job summary

UNDP in Brazil, partnering with CNJ, leads the Justiça 4.0 program to modernize the judiciary with IT solutions. The IT Project Management Associate oversees projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverable quality, schedules, and stakeholder alignment.

Applicants should have strong Agile experience and be proficient with Jira, GitLab/GitHub, and project lifecycle tools, while upholding information security and data protection standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT project management experience with a HS diploma; 4+ years with a university degree.
• Experience with agile methodologies and public sector or judicial projects preferred.
• Familiarity with project lifecycle tools and source code management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects from initiation to completion within the Justiça 4.0 program.
• Monitor progress, document actions, and ensure quality of technical deliverables.
• Coordinate with CNJ and UNDP teams and maintain documentation for compliance.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and manage backlogs to drive team improvement.
• Ensure information security and data protection across project activities.
• Provide technical support and ensure adherence to development best practices.
