Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Social Work, Sociology, Public Administration, Community Development, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years in program management/coordination in social/non-profit sector.
• Strong experience in community engagement and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage social programs focused on education, health, and economic empowerment within targeted communities.
• Develop proposals, budgets, and work plans aligned with goals and funding.
• Coordinate outreach, build relationships with local leaders, and engage community members.
• Monitor progress, collect data, and report outcomes to stakeholders and donors.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and community meetings to foster participation.
• Manage program resources, including staff, volunteers, and supplies.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure success.
• Collaborate with NGOs, government agencies, and private partners to expand impact.
