Job summary

National Beef Packing of Moultrie, Georgia, is seeking a qualified professional to join our family as Safety Coordinator. This on-site position supports a safe, compliant workplace and a caring, supportive environment.

Responsibilities include enforcing OSHA policies, keeping safety records, conducting training, investigations, and promoting a strong safety culture across all plant operations. Qualifications include a high school diploma, English proficiency, reliability, and a proven safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, and speak English.
• Willingness to work and be on time when scheduled.
• Strong work ethic and eye for detail.
• Exemplary safety record (with previous employer).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic computer skills.
• Background check required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a general understanding and awareness of all machinery in operational, mechanical, and safety aspects.
• Developing and enforcing Occupational Safety Policies.
• Directing accident investigation procedures.
• Keeping records of safety data.
• Intervening in unsafe activities or operations.
• Conducting safety training for all plant employees.
• Setting a good example regarding safety and all other plant policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
