Job summary

Aurora is seeking a Lidar Technical Program Manager to drive the end-to-end product lifecycle within the Hardware Engineering organization. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and scope, and ensure traceability of system-level requirements throughout development.

You will translate engineering plans into actionable tasks, maintain dashboards, and support gate readiness for design packages and related artifacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
• Engineering fundamentals and V-Model knowledge essential.
• Experience with BOM structure and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive Engineering Schedule & Scope Realization across subsystems.
• Bridge the V-Model by coordinating hardware and software teams.
• Create actionable tasks and dashboards to track progress.
• Own the visual narrative with dashboards and status metrics.
• Drive gate readiness for critical engineering artifacts.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical field
