Community Empowerment Services is a patient-centered outpatient behavioral health practice in Taunton, MA. We seek an experienced LICSW psychotherapist to provide high-quality outpatient therapy and take on clinical supervision and leadership responsibilities within the CES team.

The role blends a strong clinical caseload with supervision, consultation, and mentorship, while collaborating with the Clinical Director to support clinician development and ethical, evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent.
• Active Massachusetts LICSW licensure.
• Strong psychotherapy and clinical assessment skills.
• Experience in clinical supervision preferred.
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, family, or group psychotherapy based on clinical expertise.
• Maintain an assigned outpatient clinical caseload.
• Complete intake assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide diagnostic assessments within licensure scope.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions and monitor progress.
• Complete clinical documentation and SOAP notes.
• Coordinate care with other providers and resources.
• Participate in supervision, mentorship, and leadership activities.
