Allina Health is hiring a pre-independently licensed LGSW therapist to provide outpatient mental health therapy in a primary care clinic in Lakeville, MN. This role supports LICSW licensure and offers supervision hours, with Monday–Friday daytime hours and a hybrid schedule option to accommodate a collaborative care setting.

The position focuses on delivering outpatient individual therapy to patients up to age 64, seeing about 28 patients per week, conducting assessments, and coordinating care

Formación

• Master's degree in social work.
• Licensed Graduate Social Worker (MN Board of Social Work) eligible and progressing toward independent licensure.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, or Allina in-house BLS training within 30 days of hire.

Required Qualifications

  Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross
  Allina in-house BLS training (within 30 days of hire)

Pay Range

Pay Range: $32.92 to $45.12 per hourThe pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
