Allina Health is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to provide outpatient therapy and psychological services for geriatric and older adult patients in St. Paul, Minnesota. You will conduct diagnostic assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver individual and family psychotherapy in a collaborative clinic.

Qualifications

• Doctoral/Ph.D. level degree in Psychology or Counseling.
• Licensed Psychologist in MN Board of Psychology upon hire.
• BLS certification required within 180 days.
• Formal training/certification in suicide prevention within 90 days.
• Experience with outpatient psychotherapy and geriatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy and psychological services.
• Perform diagnostic assessments and psychological evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with patients and care teams.
• Deliver psychotherapy (individual and family) and coordinate care with community providers.
• Engage patients' social supports to improve functioning and outcomes.
